By downloading or using the Fastelle app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Fastelle is a cycle-synced intermittent fasting app that provides personalised fasting plans, nutrition tracking, hydration monitoring, mood logging, and AI-powered meal analysis. The app is intended for general wellness purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

• Fastelle is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting regimen, particularly if you have a medical condition such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, eating disorder history, or any other health concern.
• If you experience adverse symptoms while fasting, stop immediately and seek medical advice.

4. Subscriptions

• Fastelle offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.
• A free trial period may be offered for new subscribers. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the selected plan price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings or via the "Manage Subscription" option in the app.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy.

5. AI-Generated Content

Fastelle uses AI (OpenAI) to analyse food descriptions and estimate nutritional content. AI-generated nutritional estimates are approximate and should not be used as the sole basis for medical or dietary decisions.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate health information during onboarding to ensure safe plan generation.
• You agree not to use Fastelle for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the data stored on it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and features within Fastelle are the property of Fastelle and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastelle and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health outcomes resulting from following the app's recommendations.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Fastelle at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of Fastelle after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fastelle operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
